The rope

I was watching a short movie of a man that was on a mountain but the mountain was icy. It was daylight. When he was walking he saw a rope that just came out of the sky.So he walked to it but he was curious to go and pull the rope. So he went to it and pulled it and then it turned to night. So when he pulled it, he felt relieved because he might of thinking that something bad was going to happen. So he kept on pulling the rope and  it kept on going daylight and night, but when he was pulling it it broke (ah oh) I think that he might of thought that something bad is going to happen. I would pull the rope if something good is going to happen, but when its for the return it might be bad but I dont no whats going to happen, so I might or might not pull the rope.
